Broken Sequence

In early October 2011 Broken Sequence was born. The project is the product of the collaboration between Selbstlaut and Alligator Man, who, despite their young age, have both been working on Beats, Raps and Cuts for a considerable amount of time. After years of collaboration, for instance on Selbstlaut's second solo-release (Lilacs Out Of The Dead Ground, release late October 2011 on Tontraeger Records), the two decided to start the project Broken Sequence together and began working on their first joint-EP. The prerequisite for all beats that Selbstlaut drops his introspective raps and Alligator Man cuts on, is that all samples that are not directly from vinyl must be recorded on the spot by fellow musicians, which gives Broken Sequence it's unique sound.
