Just to let anyone who stubles on to this thread know: the soundpark pages were removed...

Now that that SoundPark is "Under New Management", I think he should be able to take care of the problem.
Point 3 seems to be the catch 22, though:
"3. Die vorliegende Einverständniserklärung kann jederzeit ohne Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist per E-mail (soundpark.fm4@orf.at) widerrufen werden. Diesfalls wird der Content vom ORF/FM4 innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Werktagen ab Einlangen der E-mail aus der Datenbank entfernt."
... because I think the Original Email Address is used as Identification in this case, which he doesn't have anymore. Any tips on how he should go about providing "proof of ownership" to FM4 Soundpark, so that he can finally take care of this?
He's been complaining about this for what seems like years now, which is the only reason I'm even posting here.
I will respond here again, when the problem is erledigt, to make sure this thread doesn't remain without a conclusion - I don't want FM4 to look bad, since I'm sure there are a number of factors involved here... -

So I came here. Because I know you, Dave, are at least as paranoid as I am when it comes to privacy issues. Could you please help him out? Or is everything he put up on SoundPark the property of FM4 now?

Does FM4 hold the copyright on SoundParked webpages?
On a related note, a friend of mine uploaded some music to FM4's SoundPark. A good a place as any to start, btw, if you want music for a podcast - if you ask the artist nicely - because most of these people want their music to be heard and shared!
Anyway, this friend of mine actually thought it was a good place to share music with like minded artists and even built a small fan base here in Austria with the help of SoundPark.
He thought it was great.
But suddenly the good feeling was gone when he realized that it was impossible to change or delete any pages he created. And like a FaceBook nightmare, he realized that he foolishly put up confidential information about himself including his full name, home address, birth date and birth place.
Here's what he wrote to me yesterday: "complete silence from fm4 everytime i wrote to request that these two old soundpark pages either be deleted or that i be given access again (made both of them with email addresses i don't have access to anymore because i changed internet providers). lame."

es stimmt, änderungen auf einer fm4 soundparkseite (artistbild, infotext, einen neuen song freischalten) können nur die soundpark-administratoren, die man aber immer über soundpark.fm4@orf.at erreichen kann. auch das löschen einer seite sollte mit einem mail an das soundparkteam kein problem sein. bitte richte deinem freund aus, dass er es nochmal versuchen soll! es kann natürlich schon hin und wieder ein wenig dauern, bis alle änderungen vorgenommen werden. aber ein "complete silence from fm4" sollte es nicht geben... ;)
