Today's Webtip: Readability

it takes getting down to the basics to a whole new level.

If you have ever been annoyed by anything like, bad layout, cramped design, aggressive ad placement, or just plain old unreadability, then I might have found something for you.

If you're the type who prefers to read the printer version of a webpage, you might like it as well.

If blinkenthings make you mad? Yeah, you'll like it.

It's called Readability2. It's like readability1, but even more aggro. Put this bookmarklet in your browser menu and you can unleash mayhem on overdone sites, essentially bombing them back to web 0.1.

It's pretty nifty.

    thought about a new name for this lovely space here (you asked.)
    couldn't come up with anything so far. it really expresses nicely what it is. it's daily. it's web. it's a recommendation.

    the essential thing for me is: it's by you. dave digs the dirt.
    but everything in that direction might be a tad too egocentrict. so: nothing so far.
