Today's Webtip: Band Nerds
I was a band geek. A music nerd. A member of two concert orchestras, a choir, a jazzband and, of course, a marching band. That meant getting up at 5, heading out to the football field and trying to combine trumpet (and sometimes sousaphone) playing with formation drills. It's how I learned to walk and chew gum.
Although it wasn't something I would have chosen to do, it had it's moments. None of them were as cool AND nerdy as this though:
