Empathy Test

Losing Touch
Empathy Test's debut single from 2014 and still the band's biggest track to date. It has amassed over 5.6 million streams on Spotify alone. Losing Touch was re-released in 2017 on Empathy Test's debut album of the same name and appeared in two episodes of the Netflix show, Luis Miguel, about the famous Mexican singer. It was also used by Spanish actress Ester Exposito, best known for her starring role in the Netflix teen drama series Élite, in an advert for Dolce & Gabbana. The video had, at last count, 11.7 million views.

Empathy Test über sich

Since Empathy Test formed in January 2013, the London / Linz based Synth Pop band has self-produced and released three stunning albums: Losing Touch (2017), Safe From Harm (also 2017) and Monsters (2020) and toured extensively in Europe and beyond.

Their "big dramatic sound that swoons ecstatically between the nostalgic and immediate" (KCRW) has won them critical acclaim, a legion of dedicated fans worldwide, and features from the likes of Vice on HBO, MTV's Catfish, Netflix, KCRW, BBC Introducing, Clash, LoBF, Earmilk, PopMatters and many more.

Boy George described them as “a musical orgasm” via his official Twitter account.

Empathy Test are Isaac Howlett (vocals / songwriting) and non performing member Adam Relf (composition / production). They currently perform live with the help of David Leisser on drums and Nadine Green on keyboards.
