Monsters is the title track of Empathy Test's third studio album, which was released in May 2020, and their third most successful track to date. Co-written with previous live band members Christina Lopez and Oliver Marson, it was the first time Empathy Test's core members, Isaac Howlett and Adam Relf, collaborated with other musicians and it turned out to be a big success. Monsters also prompted the band's first music video, which was directed by award winning director Calum Macdiarmid and nominated for a Berlin Music Video Award.
