Jeremy RR is a songwriter.
His music is and always has been a product of the places he has lived.
Beginning in southeastern Michigan, as its industrial capitals began to rust, his music reflected the raw desperation he found there.
As he left home, his music echoed the openness and insecurity of his nomadic life on the road.
After landing in Brooklyn, his sound leaned toward the structured experimentalism that the city inspired.
Settling for a moment in Richmond and then Norfolk, his music adopted the relaxed authenticity of Virginia.
Currently, Jeremy RR is residing in Vienna and his music has taken on the refinement of that city, while never losing touch of the lessons he picked up along the way.
