Gré Maillard - Der elektronische Gemüsegarten
"Der Garten, der für diesen Mix Pate stand, ist die Pratersauna, ein wunderschöner Ort um die Seele unter Bäumen auf Liegen baumeln zu lassen, verträumt in den Abendhimmel zu blicken, musikalisch Gleichgesinnte zu treffen und leiwande Mixes von ebendiesen zu hören. Dort hörte ich das erste Mal im Rahmen der Swound Sound Recording Sessions eine vom Meister Makossa höchstpersönlich gemixte wunderbar langsame Gangart von House und Techno, die bisweilen auch scherzhaft „Schneckno“ genannt wird.

Boogaloo Steve
Boogaloo Steve nennt sich privat Stefan Weinoehrl, steht auf 80er Beats, Kitsch-Synths, Flötensounds und Dauerwellen. Er hat u.a. den FAIRLIGHT CLUB im Café Leopold veranstaltet (Gott hab beide selig). Wenn er nicht gerade in Bars oder auf anderen Italo- oder Disco Parties gebucht ist, ist er aktuell mit seiner Veranstaltungsreihe FIXSTERN ein Selbiger – sprich Fixstern – im Celeste. Dort hat er regelmäßig handverlesene Acts aus dem internationalen Underground zu Gast, wie zuletzt etwa Ali Renault, Hysteric, Furor Exotica, Betonkust oder Sneaker. Als Teil des Wiener Autostraßen-Disco-Trios LEITSTRAHL wird auch gerade am endlich notwendigen Debütalbum gebastelt.

Ist seit über 20 Jahren im Geschäft, das Pseudonym „morgen“ gibt’s aber erst seit 2015. In Graz ist er außerdem als Veranstalter tätig und seine nächste Party „MUSIK von MORGEN“ findet am 20.10.2018 in der Postgarage Graz statt.
„Meinen Sets versuche ich immer eine gewisse Seele einzuhauchen und ich konzentriere mich hier auch nicht auf eine spezielle Musikrichtung. Favorisierte Genres sind aber Techno, Tech House & Deep House => Hauptsache es grooved!“

Melé (Defected Rec) in the mix
Melé creates euphoric high-octane dance music inspired by his love of Brazilian beats, transatlantic hip hop and classic house music. The boy from the Wirral started young, learning to DJ aged 13; a decade on and he’s honed his skills and his 2015 tribal anthem ‘Ambience’ kick started his status as one of the new names to watch for in 2016. Melé’s energetic and unique percussive sound has gained him prolific support and recognition from some of the biggest names across the scene: Eats Everything, Patrick Topping, Tiga and Jackmaster to Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Disclosure, thus his tracks are becoming instantly recognisable in clubs across the world.

With forthcoming releases signed to Eats Everything’s sought after Edible imprint and the legendary house label Defected Records, the young producer continues to DJ around the world, supported by his regular DJ mix series Melé’s Manor Rhythms which have continued to grow his following purely from his impeccable ability and flair behind the decks as the perfect on-point party curator.
