‘Sandbox’ symbolises for me the playfulness, the creative energy, of life. An aspect of our being that can be so easily dismissed as a “waste of time” - It’s time to “grow up”. People will look from the outside and say that you can’t spend your life just building sand castles, you need to get out there and build real castles.
But my question is - If we’re not allowing access to our to own imagination, then what will we bring to reality exactly? It is the acceptance of our own ‘Sandbox’, that can lead to self manifestation.

KIPOD über sich
Kipod ist ein israelischer Sänger, Gitarrist und Songwriter, der orientalischen-Pop Musik (Englisch und Hebräisch) mit Elementen von Hip-Hop und Rock kombiniert. Kipod nimmt das Publikum mit auf eine musikalische Reise, in der er seine jemenitischen Wurzeln mit europäischen Nuancen verknüpft. Nostalgische Melodien mischen sich mit urbanen Beats und gemeinsam mit seiner Band (Drums, Bass, Saxophone und Keyboard) kreiert er einen einzigartigen Sound, der Kulturen verbindet und Menschen zum Tanzen bringt
Kipod (Afik Eschel) schreibt und performt seit über 15 Jahren im In- und Ausland. Nach seinem Studium der Musikproduktion in Tel Aviv entschied er sich für Graz (AT) als seine neue musikalische Heimat. Aktuell arbeitet er an einem Album auf Englisch und Hebräisch.
