Cloony
Dominik, aka Cloony, started his journey as a DJ early in his childhood in the suburbs of Vienna, where he was born and raised. Influenced by his father he had always had a preference for hip-hop, funk and jazz. Later on, during his adolescence, he developed a passion for drum and bass & jungle, which impacts his music down to the present day.
Cloony’s music is mostly inspired by DJ’s like Craze and A-Trak, since he also doesn’t care too much on labeling in genres. Rather more it´s the vast selection of various tempos, moods and cultures which defines his trademark DJ sets. Back then he already hosted several events and was part of the Manege Club Management, Mood Music (Loft, <><) and Beat Boutique. At the moment he is breaking new ground with the “One Two Step” Collective.

Emkay initiated the newly and heavy uk influenced clubnight “One Two Step” with a couple of friends back from the drum&bass scene, where he partied in his teenage years. After many years being behind the camera at all sorts of events and festivals, he made the transition to being behind the decks. He tries to push the sound and create a space where the people can enjoy music in all its variety.
“One Two Step” is a mosaic of UK Garage, Breaks and Beats, a melting pot for all Soundcloud experts and „Discover Weekly“-listeners. Nelly Furtado, 50 Cent, MTV & VIVA mixed with present day dance music. Good vibes only!
